I love a good story of a city kid marking their path in the music industry, in no other, Nashville, Tenn. Chris Ruediger was born and raised in Boston. He moved to Nashville 4 years ago and has had quite the following to take his career to the next level. Chris grew up always enjoying music, but it wasn't until after his father signed him up for open mic night (he was unaware of this, might I add) that he knew it was a passion that needed to be nurtured in order to grow as an artist. After his first time performing for an audience, it was a done deal. Music became a significant part of Chris's life. Once Chris knew he wanted to pursue music as a career, he took his first trip to Nashville. He was immediately hooked on the idea of moving to this vibrant city of opportunities.
Now, Chris has grown the fanbase on Instagram with over 17.5K followers and Tik Tok with over 359.7K followers. He's quite the artist with the fanbase to back up the talent he's been honing for the past few years. With summer 21' rolling around rather quickly, Chris plans on releasing new material for the world to hear. He mentions with the material he's releasing, he wants there to be "honesty and storytelling" in his songs. It gives the audience a chance to fully understand the artist and the type of music they're creating for their fans. Not only is Chris working on his craft, but he's also helped in creating an Instagram account named @615House, for local artists to showcase their talent and build a bigger platform for the work they're making.
His latest single out right now, "TIL IT WASN'T," was released back in February. I listened to it and instantly knew it was a vibe. He has the sound that will take him to the top, and I'm excited to hear the subsequent releases he has up his sleeve. I love a good song with some great lyrics behind the sound. It's streaming on all platforms, but Chris is releasing more, coming up very soon. Chris, I'm a fan, and I'm excited to see what's next for you!
